肺(内)出血的多排螺旋CT及X线诊断分析

Value of multislice spiral CT and X-ray in diagnosis of Pulmonary Hemorrhage

目的探讨多排CT及X线检查对肺出血的诊断价值。方法对46例经证实的肺出血的CT及X线表现进行分析。结果肺出血无特征性表现。结论认识肺出血的CT及X线表现,有利于找出病因,指导临床进一步检查或治疗。

Objective To study the value of multislice spiral CT and X-ray in diagnosis of Pulmonary Hemorrhage.Methods CT and X-ray findings of 46 cases with Pulmonary Hemorrhage were retrospectively analyzed.Results It has uncharacteristic CT and X-ray features in diagnosis of Pulmonary Hemorrhage.Conclusion Recongnizing CT and X-ray features of Pulmonary Hemorrhage is helpful to find the causes of the disease,make a further examination and clinical therapy.
