摘要
研究了管式分散强冷技术中单管强冷制坯工艺对A356铝合金坯料组织的影响。结果表明,当冷却水流量为180L/h,浇注温度为640~650℃时,所得坯料的晶粒形状接近于球状,晶粒也较细小,满足半固态成形技术对坯料晶粒组织的要求。
Effects of technological parameters in strong cooling with single-tube on microstructure of A356 alloy semi-solid billets were described.The results show that fine grain in prepared billets is approximately spherical structure with pouring at 640~650℃ and cooling at 180L/h,meeting the requirements of semi-solid forming for billets.
