薄层CT扫描对颅底骨折的诊断价值

The diagnostic value of thin-setion CT scan in basicranial fracture

目的探讨薄层CT扫描对颅底骨折的诊断价值。方法回顾分析41例颅底骨折患者常规CT及薄层CT扫描结果。结果本组患者均有颅底骨折的临床征象。薄层CT能清晰显示颅底骨折线、颅内积气及窦腔积液,常规CT未见明显颅底骨折线,仅见颅内积气及窦腔积液,5例薄层CT扫描阴性患者排除颅底骨折诊断。结论薄层CT扫描能为颅底骨折提供客观的诊断和鉴别依据,骨折线显示优于常规CT。

Objective To investigate the value of thin-setion CT in the diagnosis of basicranial fracture. Methods Regular CT and thin-setion CT findings of 41 cases with basicranial fracture were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among 41 cases with clinical symptoms and signs ofbasicranial fracture, 5 cases rule out basicranial fracture with negative thin-setion CT manifestation. Pneumocephalus and sinus hydrops were detected by thin-setion CT scan and regular CT scan, Thin-setion CT scan can clearly revealed basicranial fracture line while regular CT scan can not. Conclusion Conclusion The capability of thin-setion CT for detecting basicranial fracture line is superior to regular CT. It can provide reliable informations for clinically definite diagnosis and differenciation.
