摘要 目的MRI心脏成像对PTCA及支架置入术后对于心肌存活疗效的评价。方法对27例临床诊断为冠心病,拟行冠状动脉造影的患者,术前行MRI心脏多技术扫描,记录射血分数,舒张末期容积,收缩末期容积,每搏输出量,心输出量,心肌厚度等;在PTCA及支架置入术后1周-1年内再次行磁共振检查,复查心肌运动、功能、心肌灌注改善情况。结果术后1年时间内舒张末期容积有改善,但无明显统计学意义(P>0.05);收缩末期容积在术后一周内无明显变化,在1周至1年时间内有显著改善,有统计学意义(P<0.0 5);射血分数在术后一周内即有显著改善,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MRI心脏扫描成像可从心脏形态、运动、心肌灌注等方面对冠状动脉支架置入术后患者心肌存活疗效及随访起指导作用。 Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of viable myocardium after PTCA and stenting with MRI cardiac imaging scanning. Methods Cardiac multimodality MR scanning was performed in 27 patients with coronary artery disease who would be gived Coronary angiography;Ejection fraction, end-diastolic volume, end-systolic volume, stroke volume, cardiac output, myocardial thickness and else.were observed;The improvement of the size and location of myocardial ischemia and necrosis, the cardiac function and left vent ricular motion in one week to one year after PTCA and stenting were observed with multimodality MR scanning. Results EDV was improved in one year after PTCA and stenting,but the difference was not statistically significant ( P 〉 0.05).ESV showing no obvious change in one week ,was improved in one week to one year significantly ( P 〈 0.05). EF was improved in one week significantly ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion MRI cardiac imaging is a useful method for assessing therapeutic effect of viable myocardium from cardiac morphousL-motion and myocardial perfusion after PTCA and stenting.
