16层螺旋CT在危害性呼吸道异物诊断中的应用价值

The values of 16-slice CT in diagnosing dangerous foreign bodies in respiratory passage

目的探讨16层螺旋CT在诊断危害性呼吸道异物的应用价值。方法回顾性分析危害性呼吸道异物-纽扣电池者2 0例的GE Lightspeed 16 CT扫描资料,其结果与手术结果进行对照。结果鼻腔异物12例,左、右主支气管异物为6例和2例,手术取出物均为扭扣电池。结论16层螺旋CT检查能对危害性呼吸道异物及周围损害状况作出明确诊断,具有十分重要的应用价值。

Objective To study the values of 16-slice CT in diagnosing dangerous foreign bodies in respiratory passage. Methods 20 cases of GE Light speed 16 CT scaned images of dangerous foreign bodies in respiratory passage （fastener or cell） were retrospectively analyzed, which were compared to clinic result of operation. Results All of cases of foreign bodies in respiratory passage, which were detected by CT scaned, were matched with result of clinic operation. 12 cases of all were foreign bodies in nasal cavity, 6 cases of foreign bodies in right principal bronchia were and 2 cases of left principal bronchia. Conclusion 16-slice CT is of great value to diagnosing dangerous foreign bodies in respiratory passage, for it can show the foreign bodies and injuring aroud clearly.
