摘要
目的讨论16层螺旋CT血管成像(MSCTA)在主动脉夹层中的成像技术及应用优势。方法回顾性分析25例经手术证实的主动脉夹层的MSCTA表现。图像采用标准函数重建方法,重建层厚1.25mm,间隔1.2mm。图像后处理包括采用多平面重组(MPR)、最大密度投影法(MIP)和容积再现(VR)等技术。结果MSCTA能清晰显示主动脉夹层的范围、内膜片的形态、破口的位置、真假腔和附壁血栓以及与周围大血管的关系。结论主动脉MSCTA成像技术成熟,图像后处理技术多,能够快速、准确、简便及多层次显示主动脉夹层,在主动脉夹层的诊断中具有独特的优势,可以作为诊断主动脉夹层的首选影像学方法。
Objective To discuss the image technology and diagnosis advantages of 16- slice spiral CT angiography for aortic dissection. Methods The retrospective analysis of multi-slice spiral CT angiography (MSCTA) for 25 patients with aortic dissection verified by confirmed by operations. The imaging parameters were set as following: standard reconstruction.section thickness 1.25mm, space 1.2mm. The volume data of all patients were reconstructed using 3D techniques including multi-planar reconstruction (MPR), maximum intensity projection (MIP) and volume rendering (VR). Results these cases could be displayed clearly by MSCTA with the range of the aortic dissection, intimal flap, the location of the rupture, true and false lumen, mural thrombus around the tumor and the relationship with peripheral big vessels. Conclusion Aortic MSCTA is a very ripe imaging reprocessing technique.It can be convenient, quick ,accurate and multilevel in respect of displaying Aortic dissection. It plays an important advantage on the diagnosis of aortic dissection and should be the first choice for diagnosis of aortic dissection.
