低场MRI应用顺磁性对比剂的有效性探讨(附316例分析)

摘要 目的探讨低场MRI应用顺磁性对比剂的有效性及对比剂用量、给药速度和成像时间等。方法316例全身各部位病变患者以0.15-0.2mol/kg的剂量,在60 s内注完行Gd-DTPA增强扫描,观察其增强效果。结果本组316例病灶强化的有278例,占88.0%,平扫时发现1-2个病灶,增强后发现多个病灶强化的12例,8例平扫未见病变显示了强化,4例于延迟强化扫描发现新病灶。结论低场MRI应用以上顺磁性对比剂剂量及注射速度临床应用安全,副作用小,增强效果好,尤其对病变涉及血脑屏障(BBB)结构的显示有重要作用,可为临床提供精确诊断。 Objective To research Paramagnetic Contrast media (PCM) usefulness dose,injection speed and imaging time etc in Low field MRI. Methods 316 Patients with lesions spreading all over the body received Gadolinium-DTPA-enhanced scan by bolus injection with the dose of 0.15-0.2mmol/kg within 60 seconds,and the effects of contrast -enhanced were observed. Results Among 316 patients lesions, 278 cases(88. 0%)were enhanced,even sweep discover 1-2focuses, 12 exampteses discover several focus enhance after enhance,8 undiscovered lesions displayed enhancement on the precontrast views,4 cases were discovered new lesions in delaying enhancement scan. Conclusion it is safe to apply the above mentioned dose and injection speed in clinic, The side-effects is small,and the development effect is good, It is especially important for lesions involving the structure of the blood brain barrier (BBB),can provide the accurate diagnosis for the clinic.
