Repairing Deep Degree Burn Wound in Hands with Posterior Antebrachial Neurocutaneous Flaps

目的:探讨前臂后侧皮神经营养血管皮瓣修复深度手烧伤的临床效果。方法:对12例深度手背烧伤患者采用前臂后侧皮神经营养血管皮瓣修复治疗。结果:12例皮瓣修复后手外观及功能恢复均满意。结论:前臂后侧皮神经营养血管皮瓣能有效修复深度手烧伤。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of repairing deep degree burn wound in the hands with posterior antebarachial neurocutaneous flaps. Methods Twelve cases of deep degree burn wound in hands,which were all repaired with posterior antebrachial neurocutaneous flaps,were analyzed retrospectively. Results All wounds were healed,and the appearance and the function of the burned hands were satisfactory. Conclusion Posterior antebrachial neurocutaneous flap could be an ideal selection to deep degree burn wound in the hands.
