304nm中波高能紫外线治疗斑块状银屑病疗效观察 被引量:8

摘要 目的观察304nm中波高能紫外线治疗斑块状银屑病的临床疗效。方法68例银屑病患者随机分为高能紫外线照射治疗组及窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)照射对照组,治疗组初始剂量为2~4倍最小红斑量(MED),每次照射剂量基本不变或增加10%;对照组初始剂量为0.3~0.5J/cm^2,以后每次固定增加0.2J/cm^2,治疗6周后评价疗效。结果治疗组有效率88.24%,对照组为14.71%,两组有效率差异有统计学意义。结论中波高能紫外线是治疗斑块状银屑病的又一有效疗法,值得临床应用。 Objective To investigate the efficacy of targeted UV phototherapy on plaque type psoriasis. Methods The trim design was random. 68 cases were divided randomly into targeted UV phototherapy and NB-UVB. The initial dosage to the targeted UV phototherapy group was based on two to four times of a predetermined minimal erythema dose (MED) ,next time the dosages as before or increase 10% ; the control group initial dosage was 0.3-0.5J/cm^2 ,every time dosage regular increased 0.2J/cm^2. The therapeutic effect was observed after 6 weeks treatment. Results Treatment group's effect rate was 88.24% and control group's was 14.71%. So the difference between targeted UV phototherapy group with NB-UVB group was significant. Conclusion The therapeutic of targeted UV phototherapy on plaque type psoriasis is another efficient treatment method, it 's worth applying this method on clinical treatment.
