摘要
目的观察窄谱中波紫外线NB-UVB治疗寻常性银屑病的疗效,并对相关因素进行探讨。方法104例寻常性银屑病患者予8周NB-UVB照射治疗,观察疗效及与年龄、性别等相关因素的关系。结果痊愈率28.85%,显效率为25.96%。不同年龄段患者有效率分别为≤20岁100%,21～50岁67.8%,>50岁28.2%,男性和女性患者疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗有效患者1年复发率为47.7%。结论NB-UVB是治疗寻常性银屑病的有效方法,疗效随年龄增加而下降,照射治疗不能防止复发。
Objective To observe the efficacy and it＇s related factors of NB-UVB in treating patients with psoriasis vulgaffs. Methods 104 patients affected by vulgar chronic plaque psoriasis were radiated with narrow-band UVB. All subjects were radiated with 8-week treatment duration and the efficacy and it＇s related factors were observed. Results After 8-week treatment course, the basically effective rate was 28.85%, and the significantly effective rate was 25.96%. The efficiency rate of various ages were 100% of patients less than 20-year, 67.8% between 21 - 50-year and 28.2% more than 50-year. There was no difference between male and female （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Recrudescent rate of patients who had well effect was 47.7%. Conclusion Narrow-band UVB has favorable effect for chronic plaque psoriasis vulgaris. With the age of patients increasing, curative effect would decline. Narrow-band UVB couldn＇t prevent patients from recrudesce.
