勒-雪病1例

A Case of Letterer-Siwe Disease

患儿男,10个月。全身泛发皮疹8月余,腹部包块伴发热半月。皮疹细胞印片可见大量泡沫样网状细胞,组织病理显示真皮浅层组织样细胞浸润。

A 10-month-old boy presented with erythra generalized on his body for eight months, and abdominal mass with fever for half a month. Combined with history, typical rash, skin histopathology and immunohistochemistry, the diagnosis of Letterer-Siwe Disease （a kind of langerhans cell histiocytosisalso） was established.
