人颅内星形细胞瘤PES1的表达及与患者生存的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究PES1在人颅内星形细胞瘤中的表达情况及其与患者生存预后的关系。方法用免疫组化方法对171例显微外科手术切除的星形细胞瘤病理切片标本进行PES1表达的检测并结合临床随访资料研究其与患者生存预后的关系。结果正常脑组织中未见PES1表达,星形细胞瘤中细胞核内可见PES1阳性染色,其总阳性率为95.3%。PES1的表达水平与星形细胞瘤的WHO分级显著相关(P〈0.01)。PES1低表达患者平均生存时间49.2个月.中位生存时间42个月;PES1高表达患者平均生存时间24.3个月,中位生存时间17个月.LogRank法检验结果显示差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。Cox多元回归分析结果显示星形细胞瘤低级别和PES1低表达是星形细胞瘤患者生存率高的独立保护因素。而性别、年龄这两个因子与生存预后无关。结论PES1在人颅内星形细胞瘤中普遍表达.其表达水平与星形细胞瘤的级别和患者生存预后明显相关。
