在阐明城乡统筹和城乡统筹规划的含义的基础上,指出对天津滨海新区核心区进行城乡统筹规划的意义.从城乡经济、社会、空间和制度四个方面论述了天津滨海新区核心区城乡统筹规划的内容,其中包括构建城乡互动的城镇化模式、重构城乡一体的居住新体系、新城建设和推动农村向城市社区转变等.

On the basis of the illustration of the concept of urban-rural integration and its planning, this paper points out the significance of the integrated urban-rural planning in the core zone of Tianjin Binhai New Area. From economic, social, spatial and institutional aspects, it expounds the contents of this integrated plan： the construction of an urban-rural interactive urbanization model, the reconstruction of a new urban-rural integrated inhabitation system, new-town construction and the promotion of the transformation of rural areas into urban communities, etc.
