高校体育教师信息素养的培养

Cultivating Information Awareness of College P.E.Teacher

教育信息化的推进,对高校体育教师的信息素养提出了要求。在分析高校体育教师信息素养基本内涵和现状的基础上,提出了高校体育教师信息素养培养的主要途径是制定培养整体规划、运用校本培训、建立激励制度、创造良好的信息技术环境等,体育教师自身要转变思想理念、提高信息意识、注重自发研修。

With the advancement of information technology and its wide application in the field of education,college P.E.（physical education） teachers are urged to improve their awareness in this respect.After making a detailed analysis of some basic connotations that information awareness covers and the current situation of college P.E.teachers,the author proposes some major approaches to develop information awareness of P.E.teachers that is to devise a holistic developing program,to provide orientation program,to establish motivation system and to create a friendly environment with easy access to information technology.Meanwhile,PE teachers are supposed to know about the new trend and new ideas in education,enhance information awareness and put a premium on personal development of study and research abilities.
