摘要
当前,网球运动已成为我国高校大学生最喜爱的运动项目之一,参与网球选修课及业余训练的大学生人数是越来越多,已经占有相当大的比例。但网球运动技术性较强,入门较难,经过一个阶段学习后练习者普遍感觉提高太难,学习积极性不高。针对该现状,本文对高校网球教学、训练实践等进行了研究,分析影响学生学习积极性的因素,并提出了提高学生学习网球运动积极性的方法。
Tennis sports has recently become one of the favorite sports among universities students.The number of students who take selected courses or amateur trainings is quite large.However,tennis is a sport that requests high technicality and it appears difficult for beginners.Players make little progress with gloomy enthusiasm after a phase of practice.This paper investigates tennis teaching as well as practical training.It also analyzes the elements that affect the students＇ enthusiasm and puts forward to methods of how to improve students＇ enthusiasm of learning tennis.
