随着现代举重运动的快速发展,运动员在整体实力及技术动作相当的前提下,战术的运用及临场的心理状态成为左右比赛成败的关键。良好的心理状态需经过长期的系统化训练和适时调控才能形成,探讨举重运动员的心理调控措施与方法,对举重运动员的科学化训练和创造好成绩,具有现实的指导意义。
With the rapid development of modern weightlifting,proper tactics and mental adjustments are key factors to the competition for the competitors under the equivalent overall strength and technical movements.A good state of mind requires a long period of systematic training and timely regulation and control.It is a practical guidance to explore the methods of weightlifters' mental adjustments;therefore,it is important to improve their scientific training and to achieve good results.
