在分析我国地下工程建设现状及发展趋势的基础上,本文对我国地下工程建设采用BOT模式的必要性和有利条件进行了分析,最后针对地下工程建设的特点,提出了运用BOT模式进行地下工程建设应注意的几个问题。

Based on the analysis of the status and development trend of underground engineering construction in our country, the paper analyzes the necessaries and favorable conditions in terms of BOT mode in underground engineering construction in our country. Finally, according to the characteristics of underground engineering construction, some questions about the application of BOT mode in underground engineering construction, which command our attention, are presented.
