摘要
本文选取山东省1990～2007年的数据，实证分析山东省房地产投资对经济增长的影响。通过协整检验，得到房地产投资和经济增长之间存在一种长期动态均衡关系；通过Grager因果检验，得到山东省房地产投资与经济增长之间存在单向的格兰杰因果关系。因此，必须重视房地产投资在经济增长中的作用，政府应及时抓住机遇。改善房地产投资环境，促进房地产业健康发展。
This paper investigated the empirical analysis of real estate investment＇s influence on the economic growth in Shandong Province based on the data chosen from 1990 -2007. The co -integration test showed that long -term stable equilibrium relationship existed between real estate investment and economic growth. The Granger Causality Test showed that there was only a one -way relationship between real estate investment and economic growth. Therefore, we should pay attention to the effects of real estate investment. The government should improve the investment environment of the real estate to promote the healthy development of real estate industry.
