Study on Professional Ability Trainings for Students in Higher Vocational Education

围绕高职教育的培养目标,对高职学生应具备的职业能力进行了概括,以教师的视角分析了职业能力培养的若干途径,提出了将职业能力培养贯穿于课程教学的观点,并在课程教学中进行了探索和实践。

Focusing on the training goal of the higher vocational education,the paper concludes the professional abilities which students in higher vocational education should have.Many methods of professional abilities training are analyzed in the view of teachers.The professional ability training should be run through the whole curricular teaching.Explorations and practice experiences of the training are presented in the paper.
