摘要
企业商务秘书身处社会组织的中枢地位又是公司连接内外的通道和窗口。他通常以商业机关员工身份接待公众、处理事务,甚至代表决策者出席会议、回答问题,也是公众与领导之间的交往中介。换句话说,企业惟有在市场经营活动中,实事求是、客观公正并及时地搜集和发布公关信息,才能逐步建立良好的公共关系形象,即只有追求科学合理、准确及时、真实可信才能获得社会公众的理解、信赖和赞誉的审美佳境。
Enterprise commercial secretary in the social organization s central position as a company to connect inside and outside the channel and the window.It is usually a commercial authority staff in his capacity as the public reception,processing services,and even on behalf of the leader to attend the meeting to answer questions,but also the public and the leadership of the association between the intermediary.In other words,enterprises can only operate in the market activities,seek truth from facts,objective and fair and timely collection and dissemination of public relations information, in order to gradually establish a good public relations image that only the pursuit of scientific and rational, accurate and timely, true to get the public understanding, trust and praise of the aesthetic nirvana.
