三十年来安徽职业阶层结构的变迁

The Change of Anhui Social Stratum Structure since Reform

通过对改革以来安徽社会职业阶层结构的考察,利用全国普查资料和统计数据,发现安徽社会职业阶层结构呈倒"丁"字型:农业人口比重过高,生产工人增长缓慢,中间阶层规模太小,还是比较典型的城乡分割的二元社会结构。通过与兄弟省市的比较,我们分析出安徽社会结构同它们的差距,并就培育合理的社会阶层结构提出了一些建议。

Reviewing on Anhui social structure since Reform and using data of census and statistics data,it′s found that the social stratum structure of Anhui shows the shape of reverse ′T′,which means that the proportion of agriculture population is too high,the proportion of industry workers grows slowly and middle class is too small.It is a typical urban-rural separated dual social structure.Comparing with other provinces,the gap of social structure between Anhui and others is analyzed,and some propositions to cultivate reasonable social structure are proposed.
