基于社区发展的农村劳动力教育培训规制

The Regulation about Education and Training of Rural Labor Based on the Development of Community

改革开放以来,随着经济的飞速发展,我国教育培训发展显著,整体教育培训水平不断提高,相比之下,我国农村劳动力教育培训仍然发展缓慢,处于边缘化状态。本文从权利和利益的角度出发,分析农村劳动力教育培训问题的根本原因,提出以农村社区发展带动农村劳动力教育培训的发展,并进行相应的制度构建。

Since reform and opening up,with the rapid economic development,the development of education and training in our country is also outstanding.The overall level of education and training has been improved,but comparing with it,the development of education and training of the rural labor in our country is more slowly and in marginalization.This article begins with the view of right and benefit,and analyses the basic reasons of the problem of education and training of the rural labor.It proposes that the development of the education and training of rural labor is promoted through the development of rural community, and a corresponding system is built.
