论我国农民专业合作社民主机制的完善

The Improvement of Democratic Institutions in Chinese Farmers′ Specialized Cooperatives

20世纪末期以来世界农业和农村经济发展已进入市场化、国际化的经济浪潮中,合作社的运行机制有了很大改变,但其中的民主机制不但没有发生根本变化,反而得到进一步强化。我国《农民专业合作社法》也构建了合作社民主机制,但相比国外农民合作社来说,还有待完善。因此,应当在合作社性质、民主管理及社会职能等方面加强民主建设,便于合作社的民主职能的实现。

Since the late 20th century,the world′s agricultures and rural economic development have entered economic waves of marketability and internationalization.The operating mechanism of cooperatives has changed largely,but the democratic institutions in it have not changed fundamentally which have been further strengthened on the contrary.The law on farmers′ specialized cooperatives in our country also establishes a cooperative mechanism of democracy which has not yet to be perfect compared to farmers′ cooperatives abroad. Therefore, the building of democracy should be strenthened in the nature of cooperatives, democratic management and social functions in order to realize the democratic functions of cooperatives.
