摘要
本文从重庆市普通高校教师专业化发展的现状入手,分析了高校教师专业化发展的内涵,并从政策、制度等外部因素和教师专业理念、专业知识、专业能力、专业精神等自身因素对高校教师专业化发展的途径进行了探析。
Starting with the current situation of professionalization development of college teachers in Chongqing,the article analyses the connotation of professionalization development and explores its ways from external factors such as policy and system as well as internal factors such as teachers′ professional concept,knowledge,ability and spirit.
