摘要
对岸边集装箱起重机进行虚拟样机建模,为后续的动力学仿真做建模方面的准备。首先在Solid-works中建立岸边集装箱起重机主体钢结构三维模型,然后在ANSYS中给三维模型赋予物理属性,生成有限元计算模型,并转化为模态中性文件,最后将模态中性文件导入ADAMS中去,在ADAMS中补充建立起升和小车运行机构,从而建立起岸边集装箱起重机的虚拟样机模型。
The virtual prototype modeling should be performed for the quayside container crane, which is the modeling preparation for subsequent dynamics simulation. The three-dimensional model of main body steel structure in the quayside container crane is constructed in Solidworks, and then the physical attribute is given to the three-dimensional model in ANSYS to generate finite element calculation model and transform to the modal neutral file which can be input into ADAMS so that the lift and car move mechanism can be constructed in ADAMS additionally to establish the virtual prototype model of quayside container crane.
