摘要 510L汽车大梁钢热轧钢板在进行冷弯、拉伸试验时,发现断口异常,呈台阶状,伸长率远低于标准要求。通过观察断口宏观形貌和金相显微组织,证实连铸坯表面纵裂纹引起的高温氧化和严重的带状组织是引起断口异常,并诱发伸长率不合格的根本原因。 Abnormal fracture of step appearance has been found during cold bending and stretching tests were conducted on hot rolled steel plate of 510L automobile crossbeam steel, and the elongation ratio was much lower than the standard value. By inspecting macro shape and metallographie microstructure of fracture, it is verified that high temperature oxidation and serious banded structure caused by the longitudinal crack on continuous casting blank are essential factors to cause abnormal fracture and unqualified elongation ratio.
