摘要
横折是指热轧板卷开卷过程中,在板卷的某个部位出现垂直于轧向的条状折痕。矫直后,折痕变密,影响了钢板的表面质量。本文介绍了通过改变轧制工艺消除Q235B热轧钢带横折缺陷的方法。
Cross break is a kind of strip marks which is vertical to rolling direction, occurring at certain location of coil during hot rolled steel strip uncoiling. After straightening process, the wrinkles tend to be dense, which worsen the surface quality of steel plate. The method of eliminating Q235B hot rolled steel strip cross break defect by changing rolling process is described in this paper.
