摘要
通过多年教学发现,体育运动中最容易发生痉挛的肌肉是小腿腓肠肌。查找出发生痉挛的原因,制定出小腿腓肠肌痉挛的预防与控制措施,可以最大限度地避免运动员伤害的发生,以延长运动员的运动寿命。
This paper analyzes the main reason of injury of crus gastrocnemius which easily go into spasm through teaching and training for many years from the following aspects such as mechanism and position. In order to avoid the occurrences of injury and prolong sports lifetime, the paper puts forward the prevention and control measures.
