摘要
新时期高校科研管理中,为克服过分制度化的刚性管理存在的不足,充分挖掘教师的科研潜能,提高高校科研管理质量与效益,急需引入"人性化"的柔性管理模式,并逐步实现科研管理柔性化。文章在分析高校科研管理柔性化内涵基础上,指出了高校科研管理实现柔性化的必要性与功效性,提出了树立科研管理柔性化新观念、创造人性化的科研管理新环境、提高科研管理者自身管理艺术水平以及构筑柔性化的科研管理运行机制等四个方面的实现途径。
In order to overcome the problems arising out of the unduly institutionalized rigid management, fully exploit the teachers' potential for scientific research and improve the quality and efficiency of scientific research management in universities, it is urgent to introduce the humanitarian and flexible management mode and gradually realize the flexible scientific management. Based on the analysis of the connotations of flexible scientific management in universities, the paper explains its necessity and efficiency and puts forward the ways of realization in the following aspects : establishment of the new concept of the flexible scientific research management, creation of the new humanitarian environment for scientific research management, improvement of the management level for scientific research managers and construction of the operation mechanism of flexible scientific management, etc.
