摘要
严峻的就业形势使大学生处在就业中的弱势地位,伴随而来的就业歧视侵害了他们的合法权益。法律意识的薄弱更使弱势中的毕业生失去了自我救济的能力,社会维权机制无法在主体者维权意识缺席的情况下自动发挥作用。提升大学生就业指导与服务的效益,关键的一环就是要把法律意识的培养贯穿于大学教育的全过程,帮助大学生克服心理弱势,勇于主张权利,做到防范于未然。
Under the severe employment situation, college students have turned into vulnerable group, and their legal rights are harmed by the employment prejudice that is followed. The weak legal consciousness even make the graduates lose their ability to defend for themselves, and the social right-maintaining mechanism cannot exert its function automatically without the subject's consciousness of right-maintaining. One important step in upgrading the efficiency in employment counseling and service for college students is to cultivate their legal consciousness throughout their college life, help them overcome their psychological vulnerability, and develop their sense of rights so as to prevent the potential problems.
