WTO规则下我国行政体制改革面临的问题及路径

Problems and Their Solutions in the Reform of the Administrative System

近几年,伴随着我国加入WTO后经济体制改革的实施,我国的行政体制改革也在不断地推进。但与我国的经济体制改革相比,我国的行政体制改革仍然存在诸多困惑和需要解决的问题。笔者分析了WTO规则下我国的行政体制改革中存在的问题,从转变政府职能、改进政府行政管理方式等方面就加快行政体制改革提出了自己的建议。

The reform of the administrative system has been promoted constantly accompanied with that of the economic system in China in recent years. While compared with the reform of the economy, the administrative reform still lags behind for there are still various perplexities and problems. An analysis of the problems in the administrative reform was carried out in this paper as well as the author＇ s proposals for accacelerating the administrative reform from transforming the government functions to improving the administrative management of the government.
