摘要
研究生群体是一个特殊群体,德育工作存在许多相关的制约因素,既有研究生群体自身构成多样化、生理和心理特征等内在因素,也有来自于德育工作模式不够完善的外在因素。只有明确相关制约因素,才能加强研究生德育工作的针对性,从而提高德育工作的有效性。
Moral education of postgraduate is influenced by kind of the factors, not only including intemal factors of postgraduate such as complexity of composition, physiological and psychological characteristics, but also including external factor of postgraduate because of the imperfective model of moral education. Only when all sorts of constraint factors are distinguishable can moral education of postgraduate take effective measures and come to destination.
