摘要
[目的]了解某医学高职院校学生营养知识、态度和饮食行为现况及其关系。[方法]2008年11月,对某医学高职院校护理专业272名学生进行调查。[结果]调查272人,营养知识的主要来源为报刊(占62.13%)和科普书籍(占42.65%);选择食物的依据主要为口味或习惯(占90.07%)、营养需求(占40.81%)和食物价格(占52.94%);营养知识得分、营养态度得分、饮食行为得分分别为(20.4±2.4)分(、14.0±2.1)分、(10.0±3.2)分。营养知识、营养态度得分,女生分别为(20.6±2.2)分(、14.1±2.0)分,男生分别为(19.3±3.2)分(、12.8±2.9)分(P<0.01)。多元线性逐步回归分析结果,营养知识得分高、营养态度得分高、独生子女饮食行为得分较高。[结论]某医学高职院校护理专业学生掌握了一定的营养知识,有积极良好的营养态度,有待进一步培养良好的饮食行为。
[Objective]To understand nutrition knowledge,attitude and dietary behavior and their relationship in students of Medical Vocational College.[Methods]Investigation was conducted in 272 nursing profession students of a Medical Vocational College in November 2008.[Results]Of the 272 students investigated,their nutrition knowledge obtained from newspapers,magazines and popular science books accounted for 62.13% and 42.65% respectively.Food consumption based on taste and habit accounted for 90.07%,nutritional needs(40.81%) and food prices(52.94%);The score of nutrition knowledge,attitude and dietary behavior was(20.4±2.4),(14.0±2.1) and(10.0±3.2) respectively.The score of nutrition knowledge and attitude among female students was(20.6±2.2),(14.1±2.0),and(19.3±3.2),(12.8±2.9) among male students(P〈0.01).Multiple liner regression analysis indicated that the score of nutrition knowledge,attitude was high,and the score of dietary behavior was high among the only-child students.[Conclusion]Nursing students of a Medical Vocational College had nutrition knowledge and a positive attitude towards nutrition,but healthy dietary behavior needs to be developed.
