对初中生开展生活技能教育提高艾滋病防治知识的效果评价 被引量:4

Evaluation on the Effect of the Improvement of AIDS Knowledge through Life-skills Training for Junior High School Students

摘要 [目的]了解开展生活技能教育系列培训对初中生艾滋病防治相关知识的效果,为在该人群中进一步开展健康教育探索科学的教育模式提供理论依据。[方法]2008年,在青州市抽取3所初中学校,对全部2007级初中学生进行培训,并分析其效果。[结果]培训前调查1 112人,培训后调查1 077人。5项UN-GASS指标中,对"一个看起来健康的人可能带有HIV"的知晓率,培训前为93.62%,培训后为90.72%(P<0.05);其他4项的知晓率及5项全部正确回答者所占比例,培训后均高于培训前(P<0.01)。"多性伴可增加艾滋病传播几率"、"目前还没有办法治愈艾滋病"的回答正确率,培训前分别为72.03%、59.62%,培训后分别为86.63%、90.99%(P<0.01)。艾滋病知识信息获得途径为电视、报刊书籍者所占比例,培训前分别为40.81%、36.73%,培训后分别为56.23%、39.11%。[结论]开展生活技能教育系列培训能够有效提高初中学生预防艾滋病知识水平。 [Objective]To understand the effect of the improvement of AIDS knowledge through life-skills training for junior high school students,provide theoretical basis for further health education and explore the education mode for the target students.[Methods]Training was conducted for all the students of grade 2007 from 3 junior high schools in Qingzhou 2008,the effect was analyzed.[Results]1 112 and 1 077 students were investigated before and after training.Among five UN-GASS items investigated,the awareness rate of " one person who looks healthy may carry HIV " was 93.62% and 90.72% before and after training(P〈0.05).The awareness rate of the other four items and the correct rate of the five questions were higher after training than that before training(P〈0.01).The awareness rate of "Many sex partners can increase AIDS transmission ","No way to cure AIDS at present" was 72.03%,59.62% and 86.63%,90.99% respectively before and after training(P〈0.01) The students obtained AIDS knowledge from TV,newspapers or books accounted for 40.81%,36.73% and 56.23%,39.11% before and after training.[Conclusion]The awareness rate of AIDS related preventive knowledge was effectively improved after life-skills training for junior high school students.
