摘要
[目的]测定盒子草粗多糖的抑菌活性。[方法]采用滤纸片抑菌圈实验法测定盒子草多糖抑菌效果;进而采用试管法测定盒子草多糖的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。[结果]盒子草多糖对实验菌有明显的抑制作用,其中对黑曲霉和枯草杆菌抑制作用最强,MIC=0.25 mg/ml,而对青霉和马青霉作用很弱,MIC=4 mg/ml。[结论]盒子草多糖具有一定的抑菌活性。
[Objective]To analyze the antibacterial activities of Actinostemma tenerum polysaccharides.[Methods]The antimicrobial activities Actinostemma tenerum polysaccharides were determined with filter paper disk method;and the minimal inhibitory concentrations(MIC) of Actinostemma tenerum polysaccharides were determined with Tube method.[Results]The result showed as following: The two fungi of Aspergillus niger(MIC=0.25 mg/ml) and Penicillium chrysogenum(MIC=0.5 mg/ml) were both inhibited by Actinostemma tenerum polysaccharides,but the inhibition to Penicillium sp.and Penicillium marneffei were same weaker,MIC=4 mg/ml.Actinostemma tenerum polysaccharides could inhibit both of two bacteria and it was more obvious inhibitory to Bacillus subtilis with the MIC was 0.25 mg/ml,and to Escherichia coll.with the MIC was 0.5 mg/ml.[Conclusion]Actinostemma tenerum polysaccharides has definite antimicrobial activity.
