2004～2008年无锡市托幼机构消毒质量监测分析

Data Analysis of Disinfection Quality in Nurseries of Wuxi City from 2004 to 2008

[目的]通过分析无锡市托幼机构消毒工作的运行情况,进一步加强托幼机构消毒防病工作,控制托幼机构传染病暴发流行。[方法]对托幼机构的消毒质量进行监测,并对监测数据进行分析。[结果]20042008年对73家各级各类托幼机构监测,共采集托幼机构各类样品10 127份,合格9 102份,总合格率为89.88%;其中20042008年总合格率分别为88.18%、85.57%、90.43%、92.62%和85.71%;不同年份消毒合格率差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;不同年份不同样品检测项目间合格率在73.74%100.00%之间,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;不同检测指标汇总比较合格率在83.59%99.90%之间,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。[结论]无锡市托幼机构日常预防性消毒开展正常,同时也暴露出总体监测合格率始终徘徊在90%水平的局面,加强某些薄弱环节促使全市托幼机构消毒工作上台阶事在必行。

[Objective]To enhance disinfection and disease prevention in nurseries,control the outbreak of infectious disease by analyzing disinfection quality in nurseries of Wuxi.[Methods]Disinfection quality was monitored in nurseries and monitoring data were analyzed.[Results]From 2004 to 2008,10 127 samples were collected from 73 monitored nurseries at different levels.Among them,9 102 samples were eligible,and total qualified rate was 89.88%.From 2004 to 2008,they were 88.18%、85.57%、90.43%、92.62% and 85.71% respectively,and there was a difference of the qualified rate in different years（P〈0.01）.In the 5 years,eligible rates of monitored items were from 73.74% to 100.00%,and there was a difference（P〈0.01）.That of tested indexes were from 83.59% to 99.90%,and there was a difference（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]Preventive disinfection in nurseries was carried out normally in Wuxi city,but general qualified rate was 90% around.Therefore,it was imperative to strengthen the weak links to improve disinfection quality in the whole city.
