河南省学校竞技体育后备人才培养现行制度分析与创新

Analysis and Innovation on Existing System of Training Reserve Personnel of School Competitive Sports in Henan Province

针对河南省学校竞技体育后备人才培养现行制度进行研究与分析,并提出领导管理制度创新,教练员管理制度、学生运动员训练输送制度、竞赛管理等制度的改革与创新,打造具有中原特色的学校竞技体育体制.其终极目标是为了培养全面发展的人,并围绕"中原体育崛起"的现实需要,为河南省及我国的竞技体育可持续发展提供借鉴.

Analyze and study on the existing system of training reserve personnel of school competitive sports in Henan. Propose the innovation of leadership management system, management system of coaches, student athletes＇ training delivery system and management of competition system, to create a new mode of schools＇ competitive sports with the characters of Middle Areas of China. The final target of the program is to cultivate fully - developed personnel and provide experience to the sustainable development of competitive sports in Henan even the whole country, meeting the present need of resurrection of Henan＇ s competitive sports.
