摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定咳可合剂中绿原酸质量浓度的方法。方法:采用C18色谱枉,以乙腈-0.2%磷酸(8:92)为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为327nm,柱温为室温。结果:绿原酸在质量浓度36.30-363.00μg/mL范围内与峰面积响应值线性关系良好,r=0.9998。样品溶液在24h内稳定,平均加样回收率为99.93%,RSD=1.25%(n=5)。结论:本法操作简便,结果准确可靠.可作为该制剂的定量分析方法。
Objective: To establish the determination method of chlorgenic acid in Keke mixture by HPLC. Methods: The separation was performed on C18 column with acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid (8 : 92) as mobile phase and 1.0 mL/min of the flow rate, the detection wavelength was at 327 nm, and the colunm temperature was room temperature. Results: The linear range of chlorlgenic acid was in the range of 36.30-363.00 μg/mL, r = 0.999 8. The average recovery was 99.93 %, and RSD was 1.25 %(n = 5). Conclusion: The method was rapid, sensitive and accurate. It can be used for quality control of Keke mixture.
