摘要
科学客观的评价教师素质对中学教师队伍建设,对学校教师评优工作及提高教学质量具有重要的意义。本文采用模糊综合评判法,建立中学教师素质综合评价指标体系,实现从定性评价到定量评价的转化,从而全面客观地对教师素质进行评价。
A reasonable and objective evaluation of the quality of secondary school teachers is of great significance in teacher ranks ,appraising the work of teachers and improving the quality of teaching. In this paper, we use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish a comprehensive evaluation index system on the quality of secondary school teachers, from a qualitative evaluation to quantitative assessment of the conversion, which comprehensively and objectively evaluate the quality of teachers.
