摘要
教师是教育改革与发展的关键因素,教师的专业发展关系到教育的兴衰成败。教师队伍中存在着一个特殊的群体——初任教师,初任教师的专业发展对我国教师队伍的建设、教育质量的提高意义重大。文章试图通过对初任教师自主式发展的探讨,提出促进初任教师自主式发展的途径,从而帮助初任教师实现自主式发展。
Teacher is the key for educational reform and development. Teachers' professional development is related to the rise and fall of education. As a special group in teachers, new teacher is greatly related to our teacher staff's construction and educational quality's improvement. This paper tries to explore the ways of promoting new teachers' autonomous development in order to help them develop autonomously.
