简述高职院校图书馆馆员队伍现状,提出馆员队伍建设措施:营造学习氛围,加强专业化培训;积极引进人才,优化人员结构;培养"学科馆员",提升服务层次;扩大馆际交流,促进队伍建设;实行民主管理,构建和谐团队。

This paper analyses the current situation of University Librarians. And then proposes countermeasures of the building of the contingent of librarians There are： creating a learning atmosphere, and strengthening professional training; actively attracting talent, and optimizing staff structure and developing ＂Subject Librarian＂, improving service levels, expanding Museum exchangeing, and promote the quality of the implementation of democratic management to build a harmonious team.
