摘要
ＤＰＦＣ耐高温隔热垫块是以ＰＰＳ树脂为基体，以玻璃纤维等为增强材料制得的复合构件，它既能耐２２０℃以上的高温，又兼有隔热、承压性能。从热性能、耐高温特性、高温力学性能及工业使用效果等方面与进口的隔热垫块相比较，都有明显的优势。已在进口和国产的各种热压机上得到了工业应用。
High temperature resistant and thermal insulating DPFC pad is a compound component,using PPS resin as base resin and glass fiber as reinforcing material.It is more advantageous than the imported thermal insulating pad in high temperature endurance,thermal insulation,compression endurance, high temperature mechanical properties and working efficiency.It has been used industrially in the imported and home-made pressing machines.
