摘要
当前高校思想政治理论课教学应立足社会转型期大学生思想政治的实际状况，顺应提高高等教育教学质量要求，通过转变教学观念、改进教学方法、完善考核机制等途径来增强高校思想政治理论课教学的实效性。
At present, the teaching of the ideological and political theory in colleges and universities should be based on the actual situation, adjust the requirement to improve the teaching quality of the higher education by the approach of changing teaching concept, improving teaching and learning method, improving their assessment mechanism to strengthen the effectiveness of the teaching of the ideological and political theory on college students.
