"French Revolution" in the Eyes of the Late Qing Dynasty People

清朝末年,西方历史、地理知识在中国广泛传播及时人出于政治主张的考量,大量翻译、著述、宣传法国大革命,逐渐建构起"法国大革命"的印象,也从另一个视野反映了辛亥革命前夜中国社会变动的一斑。

With wide-spreading of the western history and geography knowledge, there are many translations of foreign works and writings advocating the French Revolution in consideration of political proposition and the impression of French Revolution was gradually built in the ideology field. All those advocation reflects the transformation of Chinese society before the 1911 revolution in another way.
