摘要
职称评审工作改革一直在各种争议中被部分地区和单位做着一些尝试与探索,时至今日,改评为聘仍然存在着较大的争议,其中的利和弊怎样看待?如何权衡?本文着重对取消职称评审工作存在的种种弊端进行分析和研究,使职称评审改革向着能够继续发挥激励人才、培养人才、科学评价人才的方向发展。
The attempts to reform the professional post evaluation are made by some colleges all the time, although there are kinds of disputes towards it. Until now, the controversy is mainly on whether evaluation can be changed into employment. If so, how to look at the advantages and disadvantages in it and how to weigh both? The paper centres on the analysis and study of the disadvantages after cancling professional post evaluation, and aims to make the development of reform in the direction of inspiring, cultivating and fairly evaluating talents.
