Nitrofen诱导的先天性膈疝模型的再审视 被引量:1

摘要 尽管近年先天性膈疝(congenital diaphragmatic hernia;CDH)的诊断及治疗已经取得了很大进步,但重症膈疝的死亡率仍高达50%~60%。多年来人们一直致力于相关发病机制的研究.以期找到更好的预防和治疗方法。这些研究成果主要来自动物模型.包括手术模型和药物诱导模型,
