摘要
"换班教学"是挖掘现有教育资源的一个有效方法,它能够激发学生的学习兴趣,做到优质资源共享,为提高教学质量服务,形成教师之间良好的竞争氛围,促进教师之间取长补短共同进步。
Exchanging classes to teach students is an effective way to dig current education resources, in which excellent education resources can be shared. It will stimulate the students＇ learning interest, serve the purpose to improve the teaching qulity, help to form a good atmosphere of competition among teachers and students, and promote the teachers to learn from one another and make progresses.
