摘要
简要介绍了阳离子淀粉的应用,综述了阳离子淀粉的几种制备工艺的研究进展,探讨了其今后的主要发展方向。
The application of cationic starch was briefly introduced,and research progress of preparation of cationic starch was reviewed. The main development direction of cationic starch was discussed.
