示教机器人无线通讯控制系统设计

Design of Wireless Communication Control System for Teaching Robot

摘要 为解决示教机器人无线通讯模块高成本的问题,选用nRF2401芯片,利用SoC(system-onchip)方法设计,采用少量外围元件组成射频收发电路;根据无线通信系统的一般结构和nRF2401芯片的特点,从计算机接口电路、射频收发部分、单片机控制部分3方面设计无线通讯系统电路。经过验证,节约了成本、达到了设计的要求,为示教机器人控制系统的设计提供了可借鉴的模式。 In order to solve the problem of the high cost on the teaching robot wireless communication module, the NRF2401 chip was selected, using the design method of SoC, with the RF transceiver circuit that composed with small peripheral components, the wireless communication system is designed with three parts including computer interface circuit, RE transceiver part and single--chip microcomputer control section, according to the general of structure wireless communication system and the characteristics of nRF2401 chips. It is proved that this system can save cost, and can meet the design requirements, the design ideas can be provided for the teaching robot control system.
