Design and Application of Inductors on Machine Tool Components

以典型零件感应加热淬火方式为基础,分析了感应器的设计和选用原则,以期提出实用的感应器设计技术,从而保证感应加热工艺的实施和淬火工件的质量。

In this paper,the design and selection principles were analyzed,based on the study of the inductive heating and quenching methods for the typical components.Furthermore,the practical design methods of the inductors were put forward so as to insure implementation of the inductive heating technology and the quality of the components.
